But as time went on, I realized something just wasn't right - there is much truth in them, but there are untruths and unscriptural ideas as well.I am also very disturbed that the publishers (Thomas Nelson) changed the original introduction that Sarah Young wrote, where she said she "had been inspired to receive personal messages from "Jesus" after reading a book called God Calling." ("God Calling" is much used in the New Age community.) As this was controversial, the author and the publisher changed later editions to refer to "The Secret of the Abiding Presence" by Andrew Murray. You have to push the button in just the right spot on the page, at just the right angle and rather hard to make the sounds. The original focus of this work was on oral contraceptives, but many other data were assembled in two page questionnaires sent every other year.
