Creative. This is a report on their work, which also cites many other studies, some that agree and others that disagree with the authors findings. Also, each chapter has a simple, useful summary that you can use to put everything in perspective.If the book has a weakness, it's that you cannot learn as much as you need to know about how to change difficult behaviors like smoking and eating foods that lead to excess weight in brief chapters. This adaptive learning component allowed me to improve a whole letter grade. This is an excellent book. It wasn't very exciting, but definitely educational. Some remedies are included, others excluded, for no apparent reason. The author's exceptional knowledge of his subject is delivered in a comfortable prose that teaches without "lecturing" and leaves you with a much greater appreciation of the marvelous Catskills region of our country.. I don't read love stories so that I can read about a couple not being together for almost the whole book, I read them so I can enjoy a couple being together & interacting with each other.
