Since the recipes are gluten free they are good for people watching their carbohydrates. There are no shortcuts to understanding this complex issue. I've not read too much of it. Howse's products, but if nothing, the information she gives makes you selective about what goes on your hair. Although written in clear, simple narrative (mostly by the co-author, Bryan Mealer, an AP reporter with extensive experience across Africa), it is by no means a child's bedtime story. However, I was eventually able to determine that animal products were my problem not carbohydrates.
