I own several books related to the topics discussed in this book, and believe this one is by far the best I have come acrossed. It's not so detail. While the technology has progressed since this book was published, its still pretty relevent. The compassionate people he encounters balance the deprivations of Deo's life. I really appreciated the sweet little story about a fellow college student who wanted to push the narrator beyond his own limit, for no apparent reason if not that he believed in him.
