We wanted to put together a gift bag for him, so we got this book as part of it, and we're glad we did.This book is adorably written and highlights the pros of being a big brother. Interesting.. What more can you ask for? I don't know what else to say about this book. Also, the book lacks research and support from journals/books/other sources; it mentions the idea of going gluten-free (which I have done for 2 years, being Paleo), but it provides no research or backing to this idea and how it might help someone with hypothyroidism or even a lack of a thyroid.In terms of hitting the depression side of the disorder (that usually comes with the uncontrolled weight gain, etc), the book barely skims the surface. maybe I'm just dumb.
