I love this type of tension when it's well done and I felt it was handled really well in this book. This is a book for rookies. The authors never verified that the answers were truthful. As I tried to cope with my symptoms, one of which is being easily fatigued, this book is a great time saver for me, as I am able to read and grasp vital aspects of my ailment without having to spend hours researching the internet for answers.I found the information easy to understand and while my doctor is doing her best to inform me about my condition and educate me about my medications, I find this book very helpful as a supplement to what I am currently doing to minimize my symptoms.Just being able to understand how some seemingly harmless vegetables can actually do more harm than good and how I can deal with my depression, for me, makes this book worth my purchase.
