The Psalms are often viewed as ancient poems with little relevance in today's society. The author believes they are about us. They can be difficult to read, obscure in their imagery, and even cruel and violent in their messages. This work is aimed at people willing to explore these conflicts in their own hearts. The Psalms are not about some ancient poet in a remote desert nation. This book aims to give readers the chance to confront those evils within their own life and to reflect upon the sacredness of their everyday existence.
