The book outlines perfectly on what it means to be a success in customer service at any business by following the "upside down pyramid". It has great information on every aspect of planning and design. Processes are well described giving great ideas for application.Applicable Ideas 5: Many ideas for innovation into processes in other businesses.Value 5: Great value for the dollar. Thus, extralegal institutions are still common, from trade associations that arbitrate members' disputes to private security guards. And I'm glad I did. I can't find the words to express how life changing this book has been. I can not believe that I never wrote a review of this book it seems almost impossible. The love story part is nice but the local language reduces the enjoyment of the book.. Excellent reading!. I know of one teacher who has even successfully used these activites with pre-teens.. This book covers other theories, definitions, and math equations. It is frustrating.. I read this book as a child, and bought it for one of my grand daughters as a Holiday gift..
