Savvy modern readers will laugh at Nelson's charming naiveté while millennial freelancers will identify with his determination to keep on after endless setbacks. A CLASSIC OF WESTERN NARRATIVE NON-FICTION This portrait of a gumball entrepreneur's life in 1950s America is a slice or retail business history and a funny freelance memoir all rolled into one. A fun read for fans of humorous travel writing, Sonoma County or San Francisco narratives, or anyone wanting to get an insider view of start-up from the days before Silicon Valley.. His larger-than-life descriptions of the characters of San Francisco and Sonoma county paint historic California as a fun scene—e

Trish Burr has made all of that easy with a book that is visual rather than analytical. I only need Books A and B, but the full set includes four books (A, B, C, and D).. reference for the library.. If you're open-minded about change and deconstructing your life/goals/whatever else is going on, then this book is definitely worth a try.. Koch aggressively searches for only "A" or "B" grade employees; those rated "C" either must improve or are let go. The book is divided into sections based on different counseling theories and then each section has lots of examples of different techniques you can use based on each theory.. I found this book really helpful , to the point and well written. erectus. Fond style and size also comfortable. Bought this for a neighbor kid who really got a kick out of them! Very entertaining!. This book will inspire you to achieve the career that you have always desired and deserve to have. To Ride a Puca has a twist at the end (of an already good book) that about made me jump out of the chair I was sitting in! And there is another book in the series coming - soon I hope! Good, Good, Good book.. Well,
